ABOUT US: Founded by Sara Nabil, Lash Therapy is local to Northern Virginia offering a calm and comfortable space where clients receive lash extension services. Every set is mapped with precision, care, and conversation, because beauty is better when it feels personal. We are located at 13873 Park Center Rd, Suite 193, Herndon, Virginia 20171. POLICIES: Please arrive to your appointment with no makeup and very clean lashes. If you are late or if you do not have clean lashes, this will reduce your appointment time and results an incomplete look. The charge for the appointment will remain the same. Please do not have caffeine prior to your appointment, it will cause your eyes to twitch. If you are going to be or are 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled. Please confirm your appointments! Unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled and will need to reschedule. I only accept Cash/Card or Zelle for the remaining balance. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance. No call, no shows will be banned from booking future appointments. 40% of the eyelash extension must remain for a fill. If you have less than 40%, you will need to book a full set. Lash fills should be done every 2-3 weeks. After the 3 week mark, it will be considered a full set. No refunds. If you have concerns with a service you received, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment. Anything 3 days and over is out of my control. If you have an allergic reaction to lash extensions, a removal will be offered free of charge. Squeeze-in fee: $20.
